Some of these companies offer “automated review invitations, emails and SMS text messaging campaign.”

But that doesn’t apply to our situation because we don’t have any past customer email or phone number lists for Dust Bunnies or Lightning Bolt customers; these companies want your email/phone databases/lists; that’s why I began collecting and building our own email/phone number database/customer lists to-date.

We don’t need any review invitations because we ask each customer to write a review after services rendered, when their euthusiasm is still hot. Further, I have software and Google and Yelp has software that issues a review reminder to our clients, if we like.
